Reservation requests submitted during regular business hours will receive a prompt response. Requests submitted after business hours will receive a response subsequent to the commencement of the next business day. Submission and confirmation of a reservation request does not constitute a financial obligation on the renters part. Unless advance notice is given, confirmed reservations not picked up on the specified pickup date will be invalidated. A deposit will be required in advance for all reservations which require delivery.
